"Valentine's Day was awesome at Shift! It is one of our favorite restaurants and it was over the top that night! Everything is house made and we always leave saying how good it was. Valentine's Day was a Duck ham starter. We then had chef em's spaghetti and meatball. Delicious!! Next was chef joe's herb roasted pork loin on a butternut smear with homemade apple sauce. Dessert was delicious, chef Dara's chocolate cake filled with beet ganache and little meringues. Love sitting at the chef's bar!!"

"Came here for a quick dinner before heading back to Tucson! I highly recommend. This is the second Fratelli in Flag we’ve been to and this one was more conducive to a sit down meal. Pizza is made to order and tasty. They throw the dough once you order. Small salad is a good split for 2, but they have both the pizza pans and the salad bowls nailed to the wall so you can really know what you are gonna get. You order at the counter and get your own drink, but they deliver everything to the table. Great part of town, easy to find a parking spot and wasn’t too busy for a Friday afternoon. Will be back!"

"My friends own this brewery and I'm so proud of them. They have created an incredible place! Great selection of brews every time I come in. There's always something new to try, and the combo with the pizza is seriously phenomenal! I've used them for some of my company's private events and they are always such a big hit with my clients! "We went in on Taco Tuesday. There were only two guys working the front line and the back Grill. Those 2 guys were flying and doing a great job. We beat the afternoon Rush. But it didn't matter. Those 2 gentlemen held that whole line. Faster than people could call out the orders.. . I've been eating here for approximately 4 years. The food is very consistent. I know what it tastes like before I order it. Thank you very much. I will be returning"

"Small pizza place well suited for the college crowd. The crust was to die for almost like pizza hut back in the 80s when it was a restaurant and not a bad fast food chain. The staff was friendly and the options were endless (Chicago style, thin crust, Flagstaff style what we got, California style (I'm from CA and I don't even know what our style is other than expensive . Anyway, eat here. It's delicious."
