if I can't start it. worst customer service experience. for a drip coffee I never got. they are not even busy 3 girls in the theke a eating and drinking coffee dice the other two just chatting away without haste or worry in the world. They need to take care of the few customers. ask for a drip coffee to wait no problem! but then serve our coffee to someone else they go to make the customers after us, there never came...
