Went through the drive-thru, first time experience with AI order taking. The automated voice was clear and it understood everything I had said about ordering food. It was able to understand no tomatoes . The associate at the window was very polite and professional. View all feedback.
What Patrick Smith doesn't like about Carl’s Jr.:
I've been here about 8 times. Food is standardized, so nothing to mention. Orders are consistently wrong, from forgetting the drink twice (one time I had realized when I already hit the freeway), or mixing up orders completely. Every time the issue was corrected, the staff was incredibly nice and I seriously felt for them. It's painfully obvious they're short staffed. All the employees here have been incredibly lovel... Seems like there is always something wrong with the order or the food. I get staffing a fast food restaurant is hard, but it's like they aren't even trying.
Great service and food is always fresh. The employees are super nice friendly very accomadating.Parking: Lots of parking . Big spaces .
