"The rose wine was warm didn’t want to make a fuss but when my meal arrived cold I sent it back. They returned it still cold with the head of the prawn I had eaten still on it. Third time they had obviously just put original dinner in microwave again. Rest of food was mediocre. Didn’t even take the food off the bill. Very bad experience we were so looking forward to going."

"Flayosc is a small village but it has a fabulous choice of places to eat. There are 5 restaurants which are all very good in their own way. It is a long time since I had eaten at Fleur de Thym but certainly won’t be...such a long interval before the next one. Food of the high standard, well cooked and presented. Service was very friendly, observant but not intrusive. Portions also seemed to have got bigger over the years. It has an outdoor area but it is a much more pleasant and satisfying experience to eat indoors in the cooler months. Well worth a visit"
