Wonderful place. Unfortunately, the campsite is no longer managed (the owner's statement), but for campers in need the owner makes an exception.

I'm not interested in camping there, but fishing. And the fish bite as the weather is. but like to go fishing on a trout there and always be kindly greeted and...

No restaurant or campsite just the price is like a real campsite. We were 2 people on foot with backpack and small tent and had to pay €17. There is an unmarrie...

Fish is super tasty

Beautiful for a Sunday fishing trip and freshly smoked trout also

"The great selection fascinated. As a vegetarian you also have a delicious selection and the advice is perfect and polite. The value for money is good. I like to eat in a pleasant environment. It's too easy. Maybe a little girl invites you to the table. Parking: Right at the intersection. To go to the docks, you usually have to go to the other direction because a traffic light blocks the direct exit. It's just a little obstacle. Accessibility: Possible."

"Das Restaurant liegt direkt am Markt in Helmstedt.Die Einrichtung kann man als typisch südländisch bezeichnen, selbst die Salattheke fehlt da nicht. Die Tische sind sauber und neben Kerzen und einem Gedeck mit jeweils einer Flasche Rot- und Weißwein dekoriert.Neben dem ebenerdigen Bereich gibt es weitere Tische auf einer erhöhten Fläche, die bei meinem Besuch - wahrscheinlich mangels Besucher - jedoch nicht erleuchtet war.Zu Essen hatte ich die Pasta de la Chef. Diese wurden mir sehr heiß blubbernd serviert und waren geschmacklich tadellos. Erwähnenswert ist, dass in der Speisekarte zusätzlich glutenfreie Speisen angeboten wurden. Diese sind dann allerdings 1 - 2 € teurer als die nicht-glutenfreien "Zwillingsgerichte". Grds kann man aber sagen, dass die Preise total i. O. sind.Einzig die südländische Gastfreundschaft habe ich vermisst. Obwohl ich gerne noch ein Bier getrunken hätte und mich geräuspert, geklopft sowie de Blickkontakt gesucht hatte, ließ sich die Bedienung erst wieder beim Bezahlen blicken. Zudem wirkte der Wirt mürrisch und schlecht gelaunt, aber vlt hatte er auch nur einen schlechten Tag."
