What User doesn't like about Maple Street Biscuit Company Fleming Island:
The restaurant will be good once it opens. The menu has changed a lot, but the biggest difference is in the quality. I ordered the farmer baker dish, but unfortunately, it was not good. The chicken was overcooked, dry, and tough to cut, and it seemed to be blanched. The apple butter was cold and had just saturated everything. I had a great experience at this place! They bake the cookies right in front of you, so everything is fresh. I also tried the summer whisper drink, which was incredibly sweet. I ordered the ultimate bg, which was delicious and satisfying. My dad had the chicken biscuit with speck and maple syrup, which was also very tasty. The syrup was especially good.
