Absolutely, unacceptable customer service!! We placed the order online via their app. My bf showed up for the order and they said they didn?t have it. He showed them proof of the order and the amount deducted from the account (since this isn?t the first time this has happened, he came prepared. The manager said there?s nothing he could do.
