Lately I have been hearing from the Downtown El Paso social media pages and ModeMag that a visit to The Tap is a must because of the ambiance and the famous
Bar: 4 stars for awesome dive (though the margarita was just a big sugar bomb).Food: 2 for shitty Mexican food.
