Chef wasn't there and the replacement did terrible work on both pasta dishes we ordered. Fully poorly cooked pasta, no taste, not possible at all. I asked if the cook was there and he was free for the holiday, but the replacement they allowed to cook the pasta had no idea what he did. Very disappointed.
