I have never been into this location, however. Their food is amazing. From the burgers to fish sammies, to the curds and mixers. This location does it well.

"Been visiting Mario’s for 30 or so years. I was afraid that when new ownership took over that the quality might decline but the quality is same great quality as I’ve enjoyed over the years and in some cases, some items are even improved! Staff is great as always. Pizza is amazing. The new owners have also done some very nice remodeling of the bathrooms. Had a special request Christmas gift idea for my grandma (my grandparents favorite restaurant) and the new owner went out of her way to make something extra special for her. Thanks Lori!"

"Corporate has taken this place down another notch. Fewer selections for side dishes. No collard greens in a bbq joint, who thought that was a good idea. Coleslaw recipe has changed as well and not for the better. The ribs were tasty but I have never seen baby back ribs with bones that big. We were there on a Sunday and the place was nearly empty. That is a big indicator to me that other customers feel the same. On a brighter note, the staff was friendly and the service was excellent."

"Can't beat a good Big John's. Always been a staple in our family's house. As a Flint native I grew up with Big John's. Visited and ate at most if not all of the local locations. "Eat too sweet and covered with sauce. The atmosphere was uncomfortable and the staff was irritable. Although I'm not ashamed of them. Was $14. I had to eat food because I can't afford it. Don't go here if you want Chinese food. There are much better places for the same price. Maybe not so fast..."
