"When my family and I visit this area, we eat at Freakin' Unbelievable Burgers. The burgers are very good, made to order, and they don't nickel and dime you for extra toppings. The seasoned fries are heavily seasoned, which everyone in my family likes. Customers order food at the counter and are given a number to place on their table. Servers deliver food to the table when it is ready. Customers are given cups to get their own beverages, which can be refilled while dining in. The interior and exterior are both well designed."

"Was 5 stars, but... last time I went ... everything tasted burnt. Even the pineapple and the hash browns. Idk if they just need to clean the grill more often.. but it was absolutely horrid. "Corporate has taken this place down another notch. Fewer selections for side dishes. No collard greens in a bbq joint, who thought that was a good idea. Coleslaw recipe has changed as well and not for the better. The ribs were tasty but I have never seen baby back ribs with bones that big. We were there on a Sunday and the place was nearly empty. That is a big indicator to me that other customers feel the same. On a brighter note, the staff was friendly and the service was excellent."
