I came a very long way to have this, and was impressed with the cool location and nice appearance of the pho booth. I ordered a simple beef pho, and was sadly disappointed. I've had pho from many places, every place has a different take on the soup. My pho was hot, and very fresh, bit lacked any flavor from the noodles or meat, letting the broth do most of the work.
