Scooters Grill - Flint Township

Never ever will I go back to Scooters. Wish this wasn 't true but our waitress was terrible, couldn 't tell you her name because she never introduced herself. I love a good bar burger. My husband 's Philly cheesecake was brought out 10 minutes before, he waited quite a bit for A1. My burger finally came out....so flipping overdone dry. A bar burger should be juicy good. Waitress was blown away that we complained, we had to get our own set ups as she was busy socializing with all the regulars. I have waitressed, you have to work at customer service not just expect everything to be OK without putting effort into it. I feel sorry for this generation.

Parking: Parking was good Kid-friendliness: Definitely Not kid friendly

The portion was a 3rd of what normally I would get. The Mac cheese was in a round soup/salad bowl. I have never finished it before.

First time here. Wife and I will NEVER go back.Waitress didn't announce her name, had no personality, didn't bring us set-up's or napkins. I had to go in and ask another waitress for some.My Philly cheese steak was OK tasting, but luke warm AND she only brought my food. Made an excuse that the cooks were still cooking my wife's patty melt. toplay, as I wait for her food and the A1 sauce I requested, my plate got colder.My wife had to go inside and find the waitress for my A1...oops she forgot!If not the worst service I've ever had, then top 3.The ambiance is OK inside.Never go back.

Love bike night here at scooters. Great food, great music and great atmosphere. Bike nights get a little overwhelming for the wait staff but they hold there composure and do a really good job.
