What chocmak doesn't like about Starbucks:
There is the usual queue for freshly made coffee but the wait is never too long. They make a lovely cappuccino here and even the decaf has a good strength -unlike a competitors which is like dishwater. There is only one toilet here so there can be a wait to use the facilities but we often get a takeaway coffee to take into the cinema so not generally an issue. This Starbucks is not the largest in terms of seating options, but it is always bustling. I had to wait for about 5 minutes for my tea to be ready. Instead of being asked what size I wanted, I was simply told "is medium okay?" I would have preferred to be given the options of small, medium, or large. View all feedback.
