Visited this place with family were were visiting. The shop area before go in was lovely. Then you hit the cafe area and what can I say. The lady that took us to our table was miserable. We sat near the kitchen area only to hear staff bickering not something I wanted my young family members to hear. Staff not happy which the atmosphere spilt out into the cafe area.
