What User likes about Poppys Place:
Was simply an enchanting evening at Poppy's Place. Was like going back in time to dining at your favorite hometown spot. The atmosphere is cozy, the waitstaff is accommodating and the food is right on the mark. It is obviously a favorite of the locals. Diners at different tables walk around to meet and greet. Solid pasta dishes and nice warm bread basket to start. Be sure to ask your server which of the pasta dishes are fresh made pasta (not everything is). I had the pappardelle w meat sauce v good. This would be 4 stars if not for all the TVs at the bar being tuned to Fox News and lack of ambiance in back dining room area. Our server was very nice. View all feedback.
