We love Captain D’s but more often then not when we are here the staff is rude and never happy. It has been this way multiple times when we come here. My family doesn’t want to be here simply because of the way staff treats you. The staff also doesn’t where name tags so the problem can not be fixed when you are unaware of what staff is hateful to customers. read more.

"Some of the best fish I've ever had in my life. Fish was fresh. If you didn't see anything on the menu that you wanted. The owner let you pick out your own dish. If he had it, he'd make it. Don't let the fact that is connected to a mall in Florence, KY fool you. This will be some of the best seafood you will have in your life. Also the owner was also super friendly and genuine.
