we enjoyed alessandro, our waiter, who speaks 5 speeches and grew up in florence. we couldn't find out if there was actually cream in the peach soup. but we ordered the ribolleta, pappa al pomodoro and a pasta with spicy tomato sauce. I was worried that the aromen would be too similar, but they were 3 very different taste profiles, very filling and tasty. with 2 glasses of wine and bottle of sodawater it was quite ch... Very nice waiting staff; the day we went there was no vegan options. Nice place, just not for us.
This restaurant is not vegan friendly. When we asked what vegan options they laughed about us and was very rude.
