When in Florence, do try Cafe Synnove. This lady makes the most delicious fish cake dinner, bar none. Everything I have had there has been excellent. It is not so easy finding Scandinavian fare; this little cafe is just as one would expect: clean, nice, pleasant, charming and modest everything so pleasant and wonderful about Norway itself. Look for the Blue, Red and White Norwegian flag out front. View all feedback.
