This is a very family friendly eatery! If you have little ones this place is perfect. From diapers and wipes if you forget yours, step stools in the restrooms, an indoor jungle gym, plenty of high chairs, disposable place mats, educational kid meal prizes, great food, to complementary mouth wash! What Eleanor Shepherd doesn't like about Chick-fil-a Florence:
This Chic-fil-A drive-thru is the slowest I've ever experienced. I apologize to all other locations, but it took me over 15 minutes from when I entered the line to reach the speaker box, and then another 5 minutes to receive my food. There were no staff members outside helping to facilitate the process, and I did not hear any apologies for the long wait. I had even placed my order ahead of time on the app. View all feedback.
We eat here all the time. The wrap is great if you're feeling relatively healthy.
Long line, got there 5 minutes before breakfast with three hungry kids in the car wanting sausage biscuits. Finally got up to give our order and proceeded to order breakfast. Be the last tells me 2 minutes after breakfast ended, we couldn't order it. Finally place order for lunch send they make us pull around for fries to cook. After figuring out where to park, she brings the food out and the fries aren't even fresh. Bad experience with this location.
Service was great and food was delicious!! Always a great experience at Chick Fil A.... kudos to the friendly drive-thru staff for ALWAYS providing great service!!
I love to eat from this place! it is always fast, even if there is a long line. stop the good work!
Love that we can eat again in the dining room! we went to breakfast, there was no line, we sat on a table with our beautiful fresh flowers in vase and within two minutes our food was delivered to us! you can't ask for better.
