Cicis Pizza - Florence

The staff was very polite and respectful and I do give it to them they did keep the buffet full but the pizza was horrible, even when it was made fresh the pizza still seemed a little soggy….

In think it's a good value. The salad bar was fresh and had a fair amount of options. There was a pasta bar with a choice of sauces. A variety of pizzas and if they will make what you want if it's not already out at no extra charge. There is also a desert bar, the brownies exceeded my expectations.Vegetarian options: Pasta w vegetarian marinara sauce, salad, and pizza to your tastes.Kid-friendliness: There is a game section. Kids parties.

One of my favorite cicis I've been to. Always have food at the bar and the workers are nice. Glad to see cicis is still in business in some places!

Don 't know what was going on. But when we arrived there neon sign was on that says open but a sign in the door saying closed till 4 but employees where just sitting there inside, and we got there a 3:40 so we waited the 20 minutes. The clock hits 4 so we went to go in and another sign up saying closed till 5:30 like wth?? All the time we see one family leaving the place. And when I tried to call no one answered. The second time I called they picked up and when I asked when they would allow people inside they hung up on me. If ur not gonna be open to the public then turn ur open sign off at least. And don 't be rude about it when a WILLING customer is asking a question.
