What User likes about Dunkin':
Very clean lobby. Inside was not busy at all, but my two coffee’s took longer than expected. Order ended up being wrong and had to wait about 30 sec longer for the correct one. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush. Fresh donuts and delicious coffee! I heard one employee telling drive thru customers, “Thank you for your patience.” I love to hear people acknowledge any delays.
