Pizza was delicious. I'll be back. Although the pizza was great, I was more impressed by the service. Very nice staff. A gentleman cut my pizza when I came in and he was so friendly and pleasant. What Michael Schuett doesn't like about Rebel Pie:
Worst pizza of my life! Baking pizza in an 800 degree oven should not result in glue like dough. The bottom crust was not cooked and the dough under the toppings was uncooked (raw) and very wet. Further, the dough was not fluffy and light, but verydense. This is the result of using packaged dough , overproofed and handled far too much.
