"A pretty good Tim's, next to the world's longest bridge. Nice staff who makes food quickly. Although the flies are a problem. Saw a few flies around the pastries."

"I went to al’s diner on 7/3/2014 and ordered a piece of blueberry cake. my waitress was heidi she went to the cooler cut a slice of chopped whipped cream on one front to give me a cold piece of blueberry cake. When I asked her to heat it up, she told me that she was just the reason why she heated up the other customers, because he asked them to be very rude. on 7/5/2014 I went back to al’s with 4 other people and was regrettable enough to sit back in heidis seat. I understand they were busy, but it took 15 minutes to get menus. she came to the table and didn't even greet us. it took 10 minutes to get drinks. So it was an hour before our food arrived at the table. also they do not go from the treatment of cash to touch ice slums without properly washing their hands. I understand it's been busy guests sitting on dirty tables. I usually tilt well, but I won't be bad for bad services. again I had family from the city with me, they would not even order a glass water due to the atmosphere."

"It has been 14 years since I've been in Florenceville and like anywhere it has grown. The place is clean and had a steady flow of customers. We enjoyed our food and watched with amusement as groups toasted their own bread. I guess our sever assumed that everyone knows that is part of your meal and did not think to tell us that we could as well until we asked. She seemed to be the only one on the floor and did a decent job, but could have used some more help."
