"I liked the buffet and the service. There is a great choice. But compared to Vikings in Cebu City the quality of food, and especially the carvery, was less good. It still needs a lot of improvement but everything is there to make it better in the future."

"Go-to place for palasalubong in Pampanga. I love their kakanins and other pasalubong. Their palabok was average or so-so but Lasagna was great. They were also understaffed since the waiting time for the food is long."

"Chicken often still has blood. Service 0 stars as always bad service. Ssbhn 5 min or 10 min. Your order but it will take you 30 min. Can't wait. Not once, but I've always experienced that with you... When you give food, you still frown. When you follow up on your order, just wait, sir, we will prepare it. But it will take 10 to 20 minutes. Your order is waiting. If you have already prepared orders, they will prioritize those who ordered online or on apps. Like your order.. Which is unfair. They are not the only ones in a hurry. "We always drop by here everytime we're homebound from our northern trip and same as always, customer service here is superb. They never fail to give a 5 star customer sarisfaction and service.
