Last night I stopped at Lakeland in Flowood, MS. The staff was extremely polite and friendly, which is hard to find nowadays!! That was the best service I had in a restaurant! Great work on this team!! Keep the great work, and you'll see me again soon! View all feedback.
What Carmela Moretti doesn't like about Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers:
Won't be back anytime soon..long wait in line, but I didn't mind, it's to be expected at this location. Ordered the Box Combo and it had a burnt smell, taste to it. Used alot of sauce because hey I'm hungry. Finished my drink and opened the cup to eat the ice, found something on the inside of my cup. Don't recommend. View all feedback.
The food was good. I like that chicken is not salty. The service was good. They made chickens crispy, as I asked. The only problem was that the car line was in the parking lot.

This rise of the canoe location is down hill. Waiting time is incredibly slow. The service is not good. 4 to 5 people stand in the kitchen and nobody helps customers. Waited for food for over 30 minutes and still got the order wrong. Rare canoes are known for great food and good service. It wasn't.
Friendly service and positive attitude goes far. The guy in the window had a big attitude today, unlike so many fast food restaurants today a few days. well spoken and just made my view of the food so much more positive with this place. Hide and reward You more people like this!!!
First time trying it ever. Did not disappoint. That sauce was great. Need to have 2 sauces with four or more strips though. Gotta have enough sauce for them. Thought that was odd.
