Maschgenkamm from Flums Menu

What ErikCarlson doesn't like about Maschgenkamm:
We stopped for lunch on a Saturday after a morning of Skiing. Convenient location, loads of space. Clean. Gave the kids pencils and paper to draw with. Views are great. Most of the food is served Canteen Style, though there is also some sort of Pizza House outside which we didn 't use. I had the Veal Schnitzel which was decent, large portion and great given how hungry I was. Not the height of gastronomy, but not bad... read more.

Also, the elements of Swiss cuisine that the place offers, convinces customers time and again, the restaurant offers however also menus typical for Europe.

With 2020m above sea-level, it gives you a great 360 degrees view. The restaurant is canteen style with typical menus. During the week not too crowded. Friendly...

"The rooms were standard but very clean, we traveled with dog and even had a terrace with green area. the breakfast was good and fresh. most convinces next to the location directly on the walensee, the friendliness of the employees. I'd like to go back."

"We were spending night in Flumserberg on our way to Vienna and were recommended here as a reasonably priced option for a family, would hate to have seen the more expensive one. Service was excellent and setting was lovely. Meals were generous portions."

"Absolute no go .. a children's menu (small fries and 2 small schnitzels without anything 24.50 per child, seriously? An adult menu with salad and soup 28.50. Condition was overwhelmed, wrong food brought, waited a very long time for lunch...wrong soup brought...arrived at 12 p.m. and only got our food shortly before 1 p.m....and then the wrong one...absolutely no go for a lunch break... when paying, they were great, the card reader was operated very competently : .. very expensive for a below average service, especially for children.. Sorry, for a high quality kitchen it has to fit around it. Unfortunately we will no longer visit this restaurant, price/performance is absolutely poor."
