Signature Chop House - FLUSHING

What User doesn't like about Signature Chop House:
Umm... I don't know how they are open? We came in at 6 o'clock on a Thursday evening and no one came in after us. They had no draft beer, didn't know what wine was, served us brown and serve rolls for a bread basket and frozen pork chops calling them $30 plates. I ordered vegetables as a side and was told they weren't ready?? The staff was friendly but dressed way unprofessional when you have a meal on your menu list... View all feedback.
