"During the holiday in ariège we visited foix and in the passage the alleys we came across in this restaurant that with its elegance has teased our curiosity. And in fact we have settled and immediately noticed details of a higher level. we did not know the dish proposed in entrée and frankly it seemed too spicy, I would have been less generous of spices even with the salmon that nevertheless seemed really appetizing. the dessert of the day was a kind of baked cream revisited with crumble that we liked very much. We were really good. The restaurant I have already recommended to my friends living in the area."
