What redrushlucario doesn't like about The Brick Oven:
The appetizers were good. The hot wings were not spicy at all. The pizza was not great. The crust was really good, but the pizza was drowned in grease. The grease was the only thing I could really taste it was also light in sauce. If you decide to go, I would say eat the appetizers and not the pizza. The two pizzas we received were cut uneven. The Brick Oven crew were super helpful catering our team dinner for a soccer tournament we had in Foley! The food was absolutely amazing, fresh and delicious! They took care of absolutely everything we could need so we were able to come in straight to a great dinner when we came off the fields at nearly 9pm with a large group! I cannot thank Jayme enough or rave any more about The Brick Oven! Definitely give them a try!
The Italian sausage on our pizza was sliced so thin it was transparent. The sauce is excellent! It's a little pricey.
First time here, had pizza and spaghetti, service was awesome and the food was amazing! We'll definitely be back next time we're in town!
The absolute best pizza we have ever had. New to the area and happened to come across the place. The staff was friendly and the service great. Can't beat watching your hot, fresh pizza come out of the large brick oven. We will be back.
Love this place. The lava bread and homemade ranch are amazing. Pizzas are sometimes a little too thin. It's stretched that way on purpose, though. My wife and I have found a new, favorite pizza place that we've ordered from a few times in the past couple months.
