"Really fantastic restaurant: very tasty and interesting dishes, a great vibe and the best customer service. Added to which, I left my sunglasses behind and the owner very kindly went out of their way to post them to me. Will definitely visit again if I’m ever back in Hythe. Thoroughly recommend."

"We had a delicious Sunday morning breakfast here, it was exactly what we needed after a night out! I had a vegan cooked breakfast and my boyfriend had a meat cooked breakfast everything was lovely! We will be back again. They unfortunately didn't have any non-dairy milk but otherwise it was all spot on. It was also WW2 themed, which was a nice touch."

"We ate here Saturday afternoon with the whole family it was lovely. The service was great and the food was beautiful! I had a ham and mustard baguette with salad and a side of chips. The ham was beautifully cooked the chips were the best I've had In a long time! We had two very very hungry, very tired, inquisitive toddlers in our party everyone was so patient with us, my eldest even managed to lock herself in the men's toilets! This is a child and doggy friendly pub, the way it's supposed to be. We all had a very enjoyable time here! Thank you for making our afternoon fab"

"It is a couple of years since we visited this pretty pub.We met up here with friends today for a long overdue catchup. A beautiful hot sunny day and we sat in the pretty gardens in the welcome shade of the many trees. The service was polite and slick, our food an absolute delight. The food was hot and beautifully presented and delicious . We shall return again soon."
