What Dan Franks doesn't like about Carl's Jr.:
The young man that waited on us Mark) was new and was very polite, nice and proffessional. However hjs trainer and manager she was not friendly , not to us or her trainee, also the music was terrible , loud rock music. When you visit this Carl's Jr in Folsom, ask for Kiera and you'll get the best service ever!!! I saw someone give her a $20 tip...that's really saying something! We had milkshakes, chicken stars, French fries and zucchini, all of which were served hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick and courteous.
Nice restaurant, but they try to upsale you. The push the super size and the new sandwiches like crazy. The lady via the drive-thru really told me if 'I WAS SURE, ' (as if I didn 't know what I wanted to eat) about trying their new sandwich.
They were nice and things were quick, but the food seemed to be over done so everything was dry.
Good and fast. Just like you would expect, but the people that worked there were really ????
Speed of service and food quality has never been an issue at this Carl's Jr Location for me ... The employees are nice and friendly
