Wow! This is by far one of the best sushi experiences I've ever had... and I've loved and eaten sushi in the US, Japan, Taiwan...The food was exceptional. Had a pretty underwhelming visit today. We got our rolls, I got the Benjamin. I found the eel was completely burnt and crunchy. When I mentioned it to the server, he agreed saying it was blacker than it should be. I went to the manager and mentioned it to him.He said he'd check it out.
