What User doesn't like about Roux 25:
1. of obvious reservations are preferred, which I did not know, but they kindly set us. My pork chop had great taste and the sweet potatoes composed it well and made for a great tasting meal. My husband's salmon were not cooked entirely on one side, which was a tear. Dessert and service made by Ida for a nice meal, but I must say it was a little too loud for a nice couple of dinners.
To have such a place hidden away in Folsom is criminal. Best food on the north shore hands down!
