What User doesn't like about Scoops:
I can only comment on their snowballs, because this is the only thing I got and that was through the drive thru, which is beautiful. I won't get another one. they only offer a size that is an 8 ounce cup, but the little ding that is $2 at any other snowball stand in the south is $4 here or $4.50 because I added condensed milk that is my biggest complaining, but for that is $4 or $4.50 it is also not a big snowball. t... "My mother really likes anything involving Britain and I'm a tea fanatic, so we stopped by with my grandmother and and our family friend after making a reservation the other day. The owners of this lovely little place are very sweet, and you can tell that everyone there cares a lot about what they do. I think they've done a great job of creating a cozy little environment- it reallt feels like (especially with them there) that you're being welcomed to tea in their home. The atmosphere is a really fun one and the tea menu is very extensive. Their blends are best taken with cream and sugar to get a full picture of the depth of flavor- but if you tend to avoid sugar and cream, there are many more traditional teas that can be enjoyed just as well without! I believe the Midnight Rain is the one our party liked the most- the almond in it gives it a very pleasant wedding cake flavor. Most of our party got salads and I got bangers and mash, and some savory scones with herbs and cheese. I'd say that aside from the tea, the savory scones were the highlight of the meal. Dessert was also very good, the chocolate cake had a little bit of jam in the middle that accentuated the flavor perfectly. The ganache was very smooth and was not overly sweet. Very well done. We tried several teas but there are so many more to try, we will definitely be coming back."

"Eat tasty, but without a hit. server very good, ploite, profess. management not so much. they would not allow me to replace (rented) nice for chips. I'm a diabetic who told them they wouldn't change. they were visiting my first visit, maybe no third visit. for the first time, someone rejected the replacement in any Mexican restaurant I visited."
