Sushi fell apart (not very well pressed/rolled). Flavor was ok. Quality of meat was good in one of my rolls, but the Ocean Roll meat had other cuts added that were darker, fishier, and chewier/tougher. The portions of the ocean roll that did not have those other cuts thrown in were good, but I had to spit out the other ones and I've never done that before.
