Bob's Pizza - Fond du Lac

I have been a fan of Bob's Pizza for years. As a Fond du Lac native, I have always relied on Bob's for my pizza fix. However, I have been disappointed with their pizzas recently, including the one I had today. It seems like they are cutting corners and using lower quality ingredients while still charging a high price. I hope they can improve the quality of their pizzas before more loyal customers like myself are driven away.

I ordered from the Merrill Avenue location last night, 4/19/22. I ordered deep dish pizza, but it was nothing like deep dish. The crust was thick and hard, and I could hardly break it. There was very little cheese and almost no sauce. It seemed like it had been frozen. I also ordered deep fried mushrooms, but they were almost burnt. I called today and spoke to someone who claimed to be a manager. He said it was the first complaint he had heard and didn't even apologize. I spent $27 on the meal plus a $10 tip. The delivery driver deserved the tip, but the restaurant should be ashamed and embarrassed.

I ordered from the Ave location of this restaurant and gave them time to respond to my review about the burnt and disgusting pizzas we received for takeout. Unfortunately, I did not receive any follow-up from the establishment. I usually don't like to complain and rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. It's concerning that they would let the kitchen produce such low quality food.

We've been visiting bobs in town. the pizza was okay. we have preferred the thin suprems of thick crust pfefferoni. the paprika and sauce lacked taste. the crust also has not much for taste. not what we prefer for pizza.

The pizza was horrible. Not much cheese and sauce. Pizza was over cooked. Hard crust. Pizza taste burnt. Clean your ovens out.
