I begin by saying that there is a wonderful staff not to mention education and sympathy. Appetizers of ham, figs and hair of FONNI really exquisite. Anguilla ravioli, boar tortellini with pecorino cream, all homemade, compliments. Maialino with zucchini cream cooked to perfection. All accompanied with an excellent cannonau suggested by them.
