If I could give a zero rating, I definitely would! I placed an order through DoorDash, which was excellent, but unfortunately the experience at Dunkin' was not. They forgot to include my cinnamon roll, gave us the wrong donuts, made two sandwiches on croissants instead of one on a muffin, and didn't include any straws or napkins in the bag.
