What Pomona likes about Starbucks:
I ordered a drink.It came out wrong.I talked to the manager.They made it right and even through in a little extra for the inconvenience.I'm very happy with them.Great customer service pretty quick service long lines go quick always clean the times I been here I go here about twice a week.And usually i'm able to get in and out View all feedback.

Management and employees are very incompetent. As someone who is close friends with Starbucks management, trainers and Human Resources , I can say this location needs a lot of help with their staff friendliness . Have been here plenty of times and always get issues with my order with no care for the issue with the exception of a refund. You can never go wrong with this place. Many variety of drinks and pastries.
