Today my daughter and I went to buy a Blended caramel ice. Drinks and the view I have never had any bad experience with this place, it's my third time shopping there. But today it wasn't good. My daughter and I were having the ice blended caramel. And a piece of my nail came out, it was very disgusting for me and my daughter and I still feel like vomiting ? ? ??
Love this place... go there after groceries to get my coffee. Wish they had heavy cream with my cold brew, but otherwise, it's an awesome place

I usually go here to study and get into it, however, I stopped going here only because I’m frustrated with the lack of communication surrounding the status of the wifi established. When I logged into the wifi, my computer can’t connect to the system, because I had to register into the system. While I did told a barista about it 2-3 months ago, I have yet to see any updates as to when they’ll fix it and if it has been fixed. I hope that the manager (whom I know is someone nice and reasonable) gets to the bottom of it ASAP.One thing, when I tried to order a PSL days before CB made it official months ago, one of the baristas made me another drink and when I asked where’s my PSL, she said that I had to “order it on the app”, I was wondering we does it had to be order on the app.Nonetheless, I think there’s some decent baristas, but I think the store needed some fixes, especially whenever someone tries to solicit inside the store and bother other customers, I say this with respect cuz know there were some who aren’t threatening, but idk.So yeah, please get your wifi fixed and update when is it ok to to sign in without much issue.
