What Jack Pitts likes about Jack In The Box:
I was charged for an extra egg roll order and I did not receive it. I went back the next day and informed the manager about it. I did not have my receipt but I did have my rewards app that breaks down the items by cost and they gave me my order. The staff were very nice and the restaurant was very clean.
