Kids wanted a snack. The food is good and my kids enjoy eating these dolled up cheese dogs. I think it is just too expensive for a snack. The girl working the register was friendly and the store is just grab and go with outdoor seating available to eat. Located in the upper part of Waikele outlet shopping center. View all feedback.

After ordering, we waited 30 minutes for our order of a single Messy Kinako with Beef Sausage filling. It was good but not worth waiting 30 minutes. Didn 't look like they were THAT busy either. They offered no explanation, no smiles, no apologies. Just, thank you for waiting . Worst customer service I 've had in a long time. View all feedback.
