1st visit got the Loco Moco and was NOT disappointed. All flavor profiles were represented in each bite and the amount of food for the money was very reasonable. My only complaint is that the Mac salad that comes with the dish was so mayo forward I ignored it for the awesomeness of the Loco Moco.
What Joseph Ornellas doesn't like about Rainbow Drive-in Waipahu:
Went in today and had the worst Chilli and hotdogs in my life. Tastes like it came out of a can,could have done that at home. Should have went to Wendy's they have way better chili ? But i did enjoy the coke. Sorry rainbows it's a no return for me. View all feedback.
