Mr. Michel has enchanted us with a surprise menu that shined with high-quality and rarer ingredients and gave us five hours of perfect culinary entertainment. Mr. Gass presented the appropriate wine clothing with a lot of information about the wines and a perfect harmony to the individual courses. Mr Breuer and his team accompanied attentively and caringly through the evening. The evening ended with a very interesting conversation with Mr Michel. A praise for the transition solution of the burnt-off Schwarzwaldstube. The temporary surprised me with a stylish modern ambience.
