I came across Blend while visiting Paris a couple of months ago and decided to write this review because they really deserve the 5 stars.

Had the Signature Burger and everything about it was delicious!_The fries were pretty good and the ketchup had a nice interesting flavor to it._Got all this

Best, most flavorful burger I've ever had in my lifePeriod_The meat was moist and flavorful, the bun was light and crisp but held up to the meat.

Un moment délicieux. Personnel sympa et pro, cadre agreable et cuisine de qualité avec un excellent raport qualité-prix 17€ pour une entrée-plat-dessert.

arrivé a 15h dans ce restaurant pour un dessert l'acceuil a été parfait avec le sourire et le dessert de qualité

"The chief said in an interview that he would like to pick up a star at Michelin. But unfortunately, you can't reach it right now. but like a brewery that would have developed its ego before quality. It is inventive, of course, but mixing flavors requires balance and the sense of the dosage. here, these two points are made to the boxing gloves. you feel the will to do well and you taste the lack of maturity. I will return to this institution to verify its evolution and hope that my enthusiasm for its potential will become a reality.
