The kindness of Manu and his team, professionalism, choice of products, the responsible approach established by the establishment make it a place of life where it makes good living for gourmets. "Voilà un tout petit restaurant de cuisine familiale où il fait bon venir manger.La patronne (la maman) et ces deux enfants se mettent en quatre pour vous faire déguster une très bonne cuisine locale à un prix plus que raisonnable (17€50), certainement le meilleur rapport qualité/prix de Forcalquier.Sourire garanti de toute la famille qui prend soin des clients.L'entrée est une surprise (donc pas de choix) et c'est très bon.Les plats principaux sont peu nombreux, gage d'une cuisine qui va à l'essentiel et à la fraîcheur exemplaire.Le tian d'agneau est une vraie tuerie, à ne pas rater.Les desserts sont 100% maison, délicieux, goûteux, frais.Un bon petit vin de Pierrevert sur tout ça et c'est le paradis.UN CONSEIL: en saison, si vous voulez être tranquille, éviter le mercredi soir où les autres restaurateurs de la place ont décidé (sans l'accord des 2 anges) de faire venir un groupe musical ... très bruyant sur cette petite place, donc pas vraiment une bonne idée."
