Here second time and the suite requested 3 months earlier given to another guest while the same kind of room sat empty across hall. The woman at front desk as rude as the first contact in May. The bed itself smells like some kind of minty medicine. This was even after the bed linens were changed. How can a great place to stay fall so far below excellent in 3 months????
