"Cosy and rustic with old sofas and arm chairs. Could be in someone's front room. Vinyls.Tap water brought to the table upon arrival. Good coffee and unpretentious food. Our new go to place when at the new hairdresser WO just up the road."

"Food was fantastic, make sure you are hungry as the portions are generous, I had the fish pie which was packed full of fish. Also recommend the Angus burger and the steak and ale pie, the veg and chips portions are delicious and generous"

"I lived 6 months in rom and the pasta and coffee in dippiu are as good as everything I tasted while I was there. when I didn’t read the clearly displayed sign that only “Cash only” could read and the bill couldn’t foot, antonio was an absolute gentleman and just told me that I should look by and pay another time. eating and the values of the old italia. I hope the people of newton will take care of this place."
