Louie's Cafe - Forest City

What Cathy Miner likes about Louie's Cafe:
This place is amazing! The service was terrific and the food was outstanding! This was the first time that I have eaten here, but it won't be the last! I got several dishes to try and I honestly couldn't pick a favorite. Their LOBSTER RAVIOLI was rich and decadent, the EGGPLANT PARMESAN was so delicious, I got two STROMBOLI, one came as it said on the menu and one I chose the ingredients for. What Annie D doesn't like about Louie's Cafe:
I saw an employee with facial piercings and I don't have a problem with facial piercings I am just describing the person. She was outside apparently on break smoking a cigarette and when she went back in I never saw her wash her hands or anything. Please hire clean people and teach them proper hygiene.
